Favorable decision of the Dispute Resolution Board – JRD to our client Ahren Contractors Generales s.a.
The team of Estadus Perú S.A.C. led by Abg. Alan Félix Díaz Ramos and Abg. Lizbeth Villegas Laura successfully advised our client AHREN CONTRRATISTAS GENERALES S.A. before the Dispute Resolution Board – JRD (PUCP). (defendant) against the Entity (plaintiff) obtaining a favorable decision.
The controversy of the process was related to the Payment of Valuations by Greater Metrados in favor of our Client. The Entity’s refusal to make the corresponding payment was supposedly due to the fact that our client had not carried out the verification prior to its execution nor had it complied with its prior communication for its respective approval. However, as was demonstrated in the adjudicating process, the Entity had full knowledge of the execution of the largest metrados, and there were numerous entries in the work log that announced the need for their execution.
The Dispute Resolution Board – JRD decided to declare our petition FOUNDED, indicating the recognition and payment by the Entity of the Valuations of Greater Metrados in favor of our Client.
